Uninsured Services

Our endoscopy services are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) for Ontario residents.

The following services/ fees are uninsured and must be paid privately by e-transfer or cash/credit card if applicable.

All prices are in CAD.

Cancellation/ Missed Appointment Fee

$200.00

When scheduling your appointment, please understand we are scheduling staff and space including physicians, nurses and clinic support staff to ensure you recieve the best care possible. We ask that you provide us one full week (exclusive of weekends and holidays)/ 5 BUSINESS days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please ensure you have made the necessary arrangements when booking your appointment to minimize the likelihood of needing to cancel last minute.

Prescription Refills

We do not offer prescription refills. Please see your primary care provider for ongoing prescription and medication management.

Endoscopy Images  (electronic)

$80.00

A USB loaded with the images taken during your procedure along with electronic copies of your endoscopy report. This is by special request only and we need 1 business day to prepare it for you. 

Doctor's Note for School/ Work
$25.00

A letter with appointment details including preparation and recovery days for your place of work or school from the endoscopist.

Printed Reports
$50

A copy of the completed endoscopy report and pathology results (if applicable and available)

Non-Ontario Residents

We are not aligned with any provincial insurance outside of Ontario or any private insurance plan. Non-Ontario residents must pay for all services in full. We are not involved in any reimbursement process.
